Plan a date with your family. Remember to talk about life and other things besides work. Take time to enjoy the smell of the flowers and the site of a child's smile. Just remember, they don't stay small long. Remember to learn to breathe in the moment's of your life, look for something that was good in your day. Even it was that you were able to get your pencil sharpened. Remember there are people who do not even have a pencil, food or a bed. To me, the sound of laughter from my son and husband is what makes my day.

Quiet moments, worship God.
Painful moments, trust God.
Every moment, thank God.
