Housekeeping Philosophy

I don’t do windows because I love birds and don’t want one to run into them and hurt themselves.

I don’t wax floors because I am terrified a guest will slip and hurt their self. I’ll feel terrible and they may sue me.

I don’t mind the dust bunnies because they are very good company and I have named most of them. They agree with everything, I say.

I don’t disturb cobweb's because I want ever creatures to have a home of their own.

I don’’t “Spring” clean because I don’t want to get in God’s way.
He is on excellent designer.

I don’t put things away because I will never be able to find them again.

I don’t do gourmet meals when I entertain because I don’t want my guest to stress out over what to make when they invite me over for dinner.

I don’t iron because I believe them when they say “permanent press.’

I don’t stress much on anything because “ Type - A Personalities”” die you and I want to stick around and become a wrinkled up crusty ole lady! :-D

The Pastor's Coffee Break
A pastor had a practice of leaving his pulpit for a brief time during
the morning service.

While one of his staff made the announcements, he went to tell a Bible story to the children in children's church.

One new member didn't understand.

I couldn't find my luggage at the airport baggage area.

So I went to the lost luggage office and told the woman there that my bags never showed up.

She smiled and told me not to worry because she was a trained professional and I was in good hands.

All children need inclusion whether they have autism, other diseases or just healthy children. They or we need to learn to look at a another persons soul and not the outer appearance is so very important.

I recently read a statement that I think is really very important.

“Life affords no greater responsibility, no greater privilege, than the raising of the next generation.”

I find this program is so very needed for children but also for the adults as well. I truly am thankful for every young men and women who go that extra mile for the help

and the need of a child..

I once read this small story about a teacher asked the pupils to tell the meaning of loving kindness. A little boy jumped up and said, "Well, if I was hungry and some one gave me a piece of bread that would be kindness. But if they put a little jam on it, that would be loving kindness.""
